Cheatsheet - Hangeul
The Korean alphabet at a glance.
Hangeul serves as the official writing system for the Korean language. It was created in 1443 CE by King Sejong the Great, and was developed to enhance literacy and complement the logographic Sino-Korean Hanja script. Hangeul consists of 24 basic letters, including consonants and vowels, which can be combined to form more complex characters.
